Year-end Summary

Tonyhoo's  2020 Year-end Summary Meeting and Commendation Conference" was held in Yunlong Culture Center.

At the meeting, first of all, Ms. Dong trained all the staff on business etiquette and production safety.

      The heads of each department also seriously summarized the achievements made in 2020 and made detailed planning for the work in 2021, and it is especially worth mentioning that the work reports prepared by all of us can be said to have their own styles, combined with their respective positions in different forms to fully demonstrate the achievements made in this year.

      At the beginning, the vice president of production came on the stage to summarize the work. Mr. Shen pointed out that in the year affected by the epidemic, we still managed to keep the output value and production at the same level as last year. With the new plant put into use, the production department will pay close attention to 6S management in the future, and actively introduce intelligent equipment to build a digital workshop, and will take "specialization, precision, accuracy, and speed" as the goal to improve the management of the production process to a higher level.

      Then, the heads of Finance Department, Purchasing Department, Administration Department and Storage and Transportation Department went on stage to summarize the work of their departments. In the summary of the work for the "capacity inventory, safety and environmental protection, team culture, cost reduction and efficiency" and other aspects of a detailed explanation.

      Afterwards, the supervisors of the Technology Department and the Quality Inspection Department summarized their work on the stage and put forward their suggestions and ideas on the issues of "quality control, technological reform and innovation" and so on.

      In the coming days, Tonyhoo will stand at a new starting point, work hand in hand, make another effort to create the glory of the enterprise, and set sail again to realize the common dream!
