Scope of application
This series of products is suitable for waterproof, fireproof, explosion-proof and direct burial withstand voltage protection of cold and hot shrink intermediate joints of cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable with a nominal cross-section of 50 to 630mm².
Product performance
The stainless steel explosion-proof box is divided into upper and lower parts, which has the features of easy installation, high strength and good sealing performance. The product shell is made of 304# stainless steel, which has special prevention functions for a variety of corrosive medium, and has the characteristics of fire resistance, heat insulation, anti-knock property, etc.. The shell has a good expansion rate and strong withstand voltage property, that can withstand strong impact from the inside or outside, and meets the requirements of coastal areas, chemical sites and long-term direct burial underground.

Salt water resistance
The whole machine
The specimen is cut into three 20mm*20mm*20mm specimens and soaked in 3% sodium chloride solution. The temperature is maintained at 20±5 °C, and there is no swelling and no cracking after 3 days. The box keeps integral. There is no obvious change in the inner and outer surfaces, no breakage and peeling between layers.

Short circuit current test
(explosion-proof performance)
The whole machine
After deflagration through the 15kV internal electrical short circuit of 1S, no explosives splashed out and the surface of the cable placed on both sides is not damaged. The explosion-proof box can withstand the pressure impact generated during the experiment, and the overall integrity remains intact after the test, no two pieces of detachment phenomenon, no obvious damage and melting phenomenon on the surface.
