Time is like a white horse passing by in a flash, 2022 is an extraordinary year for Tonyhoo, under the special market environment, Tonyhoo's people are more and more frustrated and more courageous to reach the goal and make achievements.The new year is even more challenging, in order to better summarize the review and seek future development, on December 29th, 2022,Tonyhoo, together with Crelence and Tonylum, went to the NANBO Resort Xiangshan Ningbo to hold the annual year-end summary meeting.

Review carefully and make sense of the situation

The first item on the agenda of the meeting was a report by each department head on the summary of work in FY2022 and the work plan for FY2023.The report was made by a joint group of two departments, and the results and performance of the work in 2022 were displayed and presented. They reviewed the results of their work in detail with data from various aspects, and proposed improvement programs and strategies to address the "challenges" they faced in their work. Each department head not only summarized the work results, but also made a comprehensive summary and reflection on their own work ideas and methods, and at the same time, around the current stage of the development of the department and the company's status quo, the work plan and objectives for 2023 were elaborated and planned.

Finally, Mr. Zhang made a summary report of Tonyhoo Electrical  in 2022, systematically analyzed the achievements of Tonyhoo Electrical in 2022 as well as the shortcomings in the work, and made arrangements for the key work tasks in 2023.
